Change It Coach™ (also known as CIC Leaders) is a leadership development organization.
Our Mission is to develop, strengthen and support leaders who are navigating through change because of increased responsibility, transitioning into a new position or into a new company; and to help leaders develop behaviors that demonstrate trust, followership, influence, and power in order to lead their teams and organizations to higher levels of growth and success.
Founded in 2000 under the name MER Solutions Group, the organization reorganized under the name Change It Coach, LLC in 2011 and is currently headquartered in Florida.
In collaboration with the organization's founder and managing partner, M.E. Reich, our group is comprised of highly experienced independent professionals who collectively bring our clients the most up-to-date leadership methods, tools, and assessments. Our executive coaches are certified by the ICF and hold PCC or above credentials.
